Structure & Sealing Performance

Right-angle Transition Connection: 

As a standard 90-degree transition fitting, it accurately changes the routing of PE double-wall corrugated pipes, allowing the pipeline system to adapt flexibly to complex underground laying conditions.

Matching Doublewall Structure: 

Specially engineered for PE double-wall corrugated pipes, its structure and dimensions are well-matched with corrugated pipes to guarantee reliable sealing and overall pipeline ring stiffness after assembly.

Available Connection Methods: 

Depending on pipe diameter and project requirements, elastomeric gasket socket-spigot flexible joints or hot-fusion welding are commonly used. These methods enable easy installation and effectively block the infiltration of underground water and sediment.

Material & Advantages

Premium HDPE Raw Material: 

Manufactured from high-density polyethylene (HDPE), same as PE double-wall corrugated pipes. It delivers outstanding corrosion resistance, ageing resistance and impact resistance, with a buried service life of over 50 years.

Excellent Flexibility: 

As a flexible piping component, PE material offers good deflection capability. Combined with gasketbased flexible joints, it tolerates uneven foundation settlement and resists fracture and leakage caused by ground subsidence.

Smooth Inner Flow Channel: 

High-quality 90° elbows feature smooth inner bores with low hydraulic resistance. They are resistant to scaling and blockage, ensuring smooth drainage or cable threading.

Main Sizes:

DN110, DN150, DN200, DN250, DN300, DN400, DN500. 3.Colors: Black (UV-resistant carbon-black modified) and blue are mainstream options.
