Structure & Functions
Large-diameter Flow Diversion:
Adopting T-shape structure, the tee realizes stable branching and merging of water flow in large-size PPR pipeline systems.
Streamlined Flow Channel:
High-quality tees feature large-arc inner streamline design. It ensures smooth flow during diversion and confluence, effectively reducing flow resistance, water hammer impact and operating noise, while preventing dirt accumulation and blockage.
Integrated Hot-melt Connection:
All three ends are fusion sockets for professional hot-melt welding. After molecular fusion, the fitting and pipe form an integral, high-strength joint with zero leakage risk.
Material & Performance Advantages
Made of food-grade virgin PPR (Polypropylene Random Copolymer) material. It is non-toxic, hygienic, heat resistant (long-term 70℃, peak 95℃), pressure resistant and scale-free. With low thermal conductivity, PPR material minimizes heat loss for hot water pipelines, requiring no extra insulation in most working conditions.
Common Specifications
Equal Tee:
All three ports share the same diameter (160×160×160mm), used for equal-size pipe branching.
Reducing Tee:
Main pipe and branch pipe have different diameters (such as 160×110mm, 160×90mm), enabling smooth transition and flow diversion between different pipe sizes.
