Right-angle Direction Change:

Standard 90° angled fitting precisely redirects pipelines, adapting flexibly to complex building structures.

Large-radius Flow-guide Design: 

Premium elbows adopt large-arc inner channel. It enables smooth water flow during turning, reduces flow resistance, minimizes water hammer effect and operational noise, and prevents debris accumulation at bends.

Fusion Integrated Connection:

Both ends are fusion sockets for hot-melt welding with dedicated PPR fusion welder. Pipe and fitting bond at molecular level to form robust integral joint, eliminating leakage risks completely.

Material & Performance Advantages

Made of food-grade virgin Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR). Non-toxic & sanitary; withstands continuous temperature up to 70°C and peak transient temperature of 95°C; high pressure resistance and anti-scaling performance. Low thermal expansion coefficient relieves thermal-stress caused by alternating cold-hot water, lowering pipeline failure risk from expansion and contraction. Low thermal conductivity reduces heat loss for hot-water piping; additional thermal insulation is generally unnecessary.

Main Classification - By connection type

All-plastic fusion elbow: Full-PPR body for fusion joint between PPR pipes.

Brass-insert threaded elbow: One fusion socket end plus embedded high-grade brass female / male thread insert. For transition connection between PPR pipes and threaded fixtures such as faucets, angle valves and metal hoses. - By angle: Besides standard 90° elbow, 45° elbow is available for gentle directional turn.

Common Specifications

Sizes marked by matched PPR pipe outer diameter: Main sizes: 20 mm (4-point), 25 mm (6-point), 32 mm (1-inch). Threaded elbow sizes: 20×1/2", 25×3/4", 32×1", etc.
