Structure & Functions

It realizes reliable transition between PPR plastic pipes and metal sanitary wares & valves. The PPR socket end achieves seamless fusion connection, while male-thread end tightens with matching fittings. Premium units are embedded with high-strength brass or stainless steel inserts. Reinforced threads resist stripping and maintain stable sealing after repeated disassembly, effectively preventing leakage. The PPR side requires hot-melt welding with dedicated fusion welder. After fusion, pipe and fitting combine as one piece with high pressure resistance, ideal for concealed installation inside walls or underground for long-term service.

Material & Advantages

Made of food-grade Polypropylene Random Copolymer (PPR) virgin material, it withstands temperature up to 95°C, features high pressure resistance, non-toxic hygiene and long service life. Precision-turned brass inserts adopt dovetail anti-disengagement structure. Inserts stay free of rotation or falling-off under water hammer impact, greatly improving service durability. Threaded connection is detachable. For later maintenance or replacement of faucets / angle valves, simply unscrew with wrench without damaging pipes or wall surfaces.

Marking rule:

PPR pipe outer diameter × thread size Standard sizes: 20×1/2", 25×3/4", 32×1". Reducing sizes are also available, e.g. 32×20 male thread socket. It converts large-size main supply pipe into smaller branch port for angle valves, water heaters and other equipment.
