Structure & Functions

Stable Support:

The base is fixed to walls with screws and expansion plugs. The groove tightly holds PPR pipes to guarantee straight layout and even force distribution.

Vibration & Noise Reduction:

Premium clamps fit closely against pipe surfaces to minimize vibration and running noise. Upgraded versions with embedded rubber gaskets deliver enhanced noise-dampening performance.

Thermal Expansion Adaptation:

PPR hot-water pipes expand and contract with temperature change. Proper clamping guides pipe displacement within safe range, avoiding deformation and joint leakage from stress concentration.

Material & Advantages

High-grade Engineering Plastic:

Household-use PPR pipe clamps are commonly made of virgin PP, nylon or ABS material. High toughness, corrosion resistance and anti-aging property prevent brittleness & fracture under humid conditions.

Metal Reinforced Version:

Metal clamps are adopted for heavy-load engineering applications. Plastic or rubber liners are fitted between metal clamp and pipe surface to protect PPR tubing from damage.

Anti-slip Serrated Design:

Inner anti-slip serrations increase friction against pipe outer wall for tight fit and zero wobble after installation.

Main Classification

By shape

U-type clip, circular hoop, C/O-type clip, multi-pipe row clip for different pipe diameters and installation conditions.

By function

• Standard wall-mount clip / nail-on clip: Flush-mount against wall, most widely used.  

• tand-off clip: Creates clearance between pipe and wall, suitable for pipe-penetrating points or outer side of insulation layers.  

• Hanger clip: For overhead suspension installation inside ceilings.

Sizes shall strictly match pipe outer diameter:

DN20 clip: for 20 mm outer-diameter PPR pipe (4-point pipe)

DN25 clip: for 25 mm outer-diameter PPR pipe (6-point pipe)

DN32 clip: for 32 mm outer-diameter PPR pipe (1-inch pipe)
