· Gentle 45-degree deflection:

Compared with 90° elbows, the 45-° angled design enables smoother water flow. It reduces water impact, flow resistance, pipeline noise, as well as sediment accumulation and blockage risk at bends.

· Socket connection structure:

The precisely formed socket cavity accepts plain-end PVC pipes directly. It delivers accurate alignment and enlarged adhesive bonding area for stronger joints, better sealing and pressure resistance.

· Premium PVC-U material compatibility:

The mould is engineered for hard unplasticized PVC-U. Output fittings feature light weight, high mechanical strength, excellent corrosion resistance and anti-aging property for decades-long service life.

· Ultra-smooth inner surface:

Finished elbows have finely polished inner walls to minimize flow friction, resist fouling and prevent pipeline clogging.

· Easy on-site installation:

Thanks to the socket-inlet design, pipes are simply inserted and solvent-welded without extra couplers, greatly simplifying installation procedures.
