Main Types
· By angle:
45° wye (most common), 60° wye.
· By diameter:
Equal-diameter wye: Main pipe and branch share identical size (e.g. 110mm×110mm).
Reducing wye: Different sizes for main and branch (e.g.110mm×75mm,110mm×50mm), for smooth connection between different pipe sizes.
